This manual contains the history of Low Power FM radio, information on programming and a broad overview of operations at the station. It was created by VISTA member Stephen Fonzo serving at the Independent Media Center in Urbana, IL.

This comprehensive Event Planning Guide was created by VISTA members Stephen Fonzo and Nicole Pion at the Independent Media Center in Urbana, IL. It includes advice and tips for Setting the Date, Choosing a Venue/Location, Format, Promotion, Budget, Team & Staff, Catering & Entertainment, Networking, and Documentation.

This staff training manual, created by Laura Benack for Grassroots.org, is designed to orient a new staff member to why volunteers are important to mission, how they are utilized, where are they recruited, and has examples language for posting volunteer advertisements. Grassroots.org volunteers provided $900,000 of in-kind donations in 2009.
