TeleCommunity Resource Center
The TeleCommunity Resource Center (TCRC) project is a non-profit program created to advocate and help develop benefits of Internet technology for all communities, especially those in rural and underserved areas. We also work to assist ‘virtual communities’ of people with shared interests.
The fundamental TCRC objective is encouragement and support for locally directed Internet projects; our primary strategy is using the many resources already available from public and private organizations, supplementing those existing resources as needed with current information, planning and consulting resources, plus assistance securing financial support.
Keystone Community Network (KCNet)
Keystone Community Network was established to provide the infrastructure for electronic access to local, state, and global information. The concentrated objective is to provide and enable “Education for Everyone, Everywhere, Everyday.”
The mission of KCnet will be to maintain a rural area network that will offer electronic services for the educational, cultural and economic advancement of local communities. KCnet will provide access to electronic information for all citizens, utilizing a variety of resources, human, economic, and technical.
KCnet will provide to the community an Internet access, empower the community to become life long learners, and promote community and economic development.
KCnet has in place the infrastructure to provide the global access to the community to enable them to become a viable player in economic development . Clinton County and its neighbors must have the access to information technology and a trained work force to compete in the 21st century.
Davis Community Network
Davis Community Network is a nonprofit organization that provides internet-related services and support to local nonprofit organizations, public agencies, schools and individuals. We’re putting the power of the internet in the hands of people and organizations to connect, engage, and build a stronger community.
DCN is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit education and community service organization, founded in 1993. DCN is dedicated to helping local people take advantage of and benefit from the new information and communication technologies and services associated with the Internet and media convergence.

Blandin Broadband Conference
This year’s Blandin Broadband Conference spotlights communities across Minnesota that are Cultivating a Culture of Use through ARRA broadband funding. Their goal is ambitious - to create technologically and economically vital rural communities, competing and thriving in the broadband economy, with sustainable broadband adoption, job growth and wealth creation.
